Our luxury townhouse is based at the brand new fully managed resort of Regal Oaks Resort. The property is only a short walk from Old Town/Fun spots, with its many attractions including bars, restaurants, shops and fairground. There are many more restaurants & shops within easy reach of the property without having to drive. We are ideally located for the numerous Florida attractions including Disney (approx. 3 miles), Universal Studios (13.9 miles) and Seaworld (9.4 miles). For golfers the townhouse is ideally located with many fantastic courses within easy reach, with the closest being Falcons Fire Golf Club and Celebration Golf Club.

This is a high quality 4 Bed/3 Bathroom townhouse situated in landscaped surroundings overlooking the lake and pool complex.

The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall, full downstairs bathroom, open plan lounge and dining area with fully equipped kitchen for yourself catering needs, the 1st bedroom is on the ground floor with two twin size beds, walk in wardrobes. Upstairs there is a large ensuite master bedroom with super king bed, walk in wardrobes, safe, flat screen TV, shower and bath. The 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds, walk in wardrobes, there is also a further family bathroom.

For your additional entertainment in the lounge area there is a large flat screen TV, DVD.

Our home comes with wifi, cable TV and use of phone for local calls. Onsite is a beautiful clubhouse with pool, gym, restaurant and game room. Great place for meeting up with friends or making new friends.

All linen, furnishings, crockery and cooking utensils are provided.

There is parking to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.
