fenced to ensure your peace of mind. Our aim is to bring
families together and create wonderful memories that will
last a lifetime. Please review our pet friendly vacation
home rental policies below:
Dear Pet Owners:
We have some restrictions regarding dogs:
Please clean up immediately after
your dog in the yard and anywhere you take them around the
subdivision.
Kissimmee is a leash law area, all
dogs must be on a leash at all times unless in the backyard.
Please crate your dog(s) when /
if they are left alone in the house.
Please do not let your dogs on the
furniture (including beds) without putting your own cover
/ blanket on first.
Linens / Towels provided in the
home are not to be used for your dog.
Please do not bathe your dog in
the vacation rental house.
Please do not let your dog swim
in the pool, oil from the coat clings to the pool wall and
is very hard to remove, hair also clogs the skimmer and
damages the filter! It is also very bad for the dog’s skin!
Please do not groom your dog by
the pool, the hair causes the same problems listed above.
Please do not use house dishes to
feed or give water to your dog.
Do not barricade the gates to the
yard, as the pool and lawn care companies must have access.
Please do not let your dogs damage
the pool screen.
Failure to comply with the above pet policies will result
in deductions from your security deposit. We appreciate
your cooperation so we can continue to welcome pets to our
vacation homes.
Security Deposit
A $500 security deposit is required
for all pet friendly vacation rentals, which is refundable after
the home is inspected and cleaned.

Located in Kissimmee Florida, this 1 bedroom + convertible bed(s), 1 Bath condo sleeps 2-4 comfortably. The living room/dining room combination includes a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and dvd player. Several books, movies, and games are supplied for your enjoyment. The condo includes wireless internet. The dining table seats four. The kitchen opens to the living room with granite counter top bar area that seats two. The kitchen appliances are stainless steel including a microwave and dishwasher. There are dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and spices available for use. Smaller appliances such as a toaster, a coffee maker, a mixer, and a blender are also supplied. Just off the kitchen there is a laundry area that includes a washer and a dryer. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, a TV, a DVD player, and a walk-in closet. There is a fully tiled en-suite bath. Bedding and linens are supplied. Should you bring a young child, there is a pack-n-play and a high chair. This is a first floor unit. Indian Point Vacation Home Rental
This beautiful home, with
private screened in pool and waterfall is located in Kissimmee
Florida in the peaceful community of Indian Point, only
5 miles to the Walt Disney World®
Theme Parks with restaurants and shopping just around the
corner.
Our home has 4 bedrooms so can sleep two families, with
the master bedroom having a king size bed with ensuite bath,
the second has a queen and the third and fourth two twins
in each. There is another full bath for the rest of the
family to use.
The living room is fully furnished with digital tv, dvd
player. The dining room sits up to 6 guests. Kitchen is
fully equipped with everything you need to cook a home style
dinner. Washer and dryer facilities are also available for
your use. Baby needs are free of charge including high chair
and cot.
The pool backs onto a conservation area so this community
is very private and you might see some wildlife while you
are swimming so bring your camera. The pool also has a waterfall
and can be heated during the winter months or when needed.
The home is self catering and is perfect for your every
needs during your stay in central Florida and the Disney
area.
