Description:
Our vacation villa is a four bedroom home with a private heated pool.

It is situated in a quiet estate, just off Highway 192, less than ten minutes from the main gate of Disney World. This location provides a peaceful, relaxing base only minutes from the excitement of the theme parks.
The villa is well placed for a wide range of excellent local facilities including restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, cinemas, and shopping outlets.
Popular tourist destinations such as SeaWorld and Universal Studios are easily and quickly accessible along the Interstate Highway I-4. The beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast are an hour away to the west, while Kennedy Space Center and the Atlantic beaches are a similar drive to the east.

Facilities:
In the lounge there is a 37 inch flat screen TV, there are two other TVs in bedrooms, all cable-linked. There is also a music system and D.V.D. player in the lounge. There is Wi-Fi  Internet access available throughout.
The villa has four bedrooms; the ground floor master bedroom has en-suite bath and shower facilities. There is also a safe in the master bedroom.
The three other bedrooms (two twins and one double) are on the first floor with a bath/shower room. There is also a children’s games area in the upstairs hall which includes a vintage Nintendo computer game.
There is an additional W.C. on the ground floor. There is also a laundry room with washing, drying and ironing equipment.
The villa is licensed to sleep ten people as there is a sofa bed in the lounge. All bed linen and towels are provided, as well as two hairdryers.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all the necessary appliances: oven/hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. There are two dining areas adjacent to the kitchen providing seating for ten people.

The villa is sited on a large corner plot providing a wide expanse of lawn for recreational activities. The screened pool can be heated for a small additional charge during the cooler months from October to April.

We have a local management company who will take care of all your holiday requirements. They will assist in any way necessary and can arrange everything from cots to Christmas trees. We are also happy to provide information to our guests regarding, theme parks, golf courses, shopping outlets and restaurants etc.

We also offer free Wi-Fi , full cable TV.
